Why you can entrust me with a project as a whole, and where that comes from.
One responsibility, several trades
I learned each of these trades properly, not on the side. Baker in an apprenticeship, where a process has to hold or the goods are lost. Warehouse manager with my own stock control and inventory. Video journalist with a diploma, camera, sound and editing. Construction and renovation of living containers, where I led the work carried out. Web development and network operation in my own company. Every stop added a trade and I never put one down. Today they interlock, and that is the difference: there is no handover where something gets lost, because there is no handover. That is what a project lead is: one person who commits, delivers and proves the status.
3D and survey
Capturing rooms, roof structures and construction states completely, instead of collecting individual photos. Measuring happens in the model, even once the site has long been closed.
Video and image
Video production and video journalism. I know how to show a process so that someone who was not there understands it. For a construction sequence that is the same work as for a report.
Web and IT
Full stack development and network infrastructure. I build the portals the results sit on, and I run the technology that needs power and network on site.
Work planning and control
What runs through every stop is not a device and not an industry, it is a way of working: plan, execute, verify. In the baking apprenticeship that was a process that has to hold. In the warehouse it was stock control, inventory and a stock ledger that has to be right. Building the living containers it was leading the work carried out, including purchasing and logistics. At Mediaquotes it is the daily leadership of a freelance team. A construction site is the same thing: many parties, distributed locations, little time, and somebody has to know what is actually the case before it becomes expensive.
